Here at WTE, we understand our valued clients require equipment to help complete numerous types of jobs on-site. However, the product alone isn’t going to help achieve this; a competent team with the relevant knowledge and skills and who knows how to operate the equipment can ensure that.
Health and safety are one of our top priorities. To ensure that our clients’ jobs go smoothly, WTE has developed product training programs to help our customers maximise their productivity when operating the unit. This benefits our valued clients as they gain first-hand knowledge of how the equipment operates, gives them confidence when performing the job, and improves efficiency. This will also help our clients minimize their downtime while on the job, leading to project cost savings.

Hands-on Training:
The training will begin with a safety briefing conducted by our in-house Health and Safety Officer. Adhering to our facility’s safety and regulations is extremely important for our trainees, as safety is our number one priority. Our technicians and senior operators will constantly supervise the trainees and ensure they understand our products’ functionalities and how to operate them in different scenarios. Another huge benefit of our hands-on training is our state-of-the-art facilities, allowing our trainees to maximise their learning and understanding of our equipment. WTE can provide tailor-made training that suits our customers as we can simulate the product’s functionalities and how our customers would typically perform their jobs onsite.
Non-Practical Training
The training will typically begin with a safety induction, which our Health and Safety Officer will carry out. This is non-practical training, and it will be held in a classroom setting. Our qualified training engineers will conduct the training and explain the technical specifications and how to operate the equipment efficiently using PowerPoint slides, 3D modeling software with simulations, and product manuals.
At the end of each training program, our trainers evaluate our valued trainees on their performance and understanding of operating the unit. This is crucial as we ensure that all trainees understand the basic fundamentals of the training. Our clients’ feedback is crucial, and it allows us to improve continuously and ensure our valued clients are satisfied with their product training.
