Recertification

Recertification is a vital process that ensures the safety and functionality of equipment at the end of its lifespan. WTE provides reassurance to our client’s equipment as we ensure their unit is optimal for performance and compliance within the industry standards are being met.

Our Quality Control Department can certify the client’s equipment by ensuring it is restored to its capabilities and attaching relevant documentation. The documentation is for the client’s validation purposes.

Our team adheres to the applicable guidelines for recertification to honour our client’s equipment to the highest standard to gain confidence in us.

the services we provide

Yearly Recertification:

WTE would recertify our client’s equipment annually and replace any worn and torn parts where required. Pressure Testing is conducted at the final stage to help verify that the unit is operating efficiently. This package ensures that our customer’s equipment is serviced annually, with replacements made if necessary, followed by pressure testing.

Complete Recertification:

WTE would provide complete recertification of our client’s unit, typically after 5-6 years of its lifespan. To ensure the quality of work is being attained, WTE would dismantle every component from the unit, perform redressing on any worn-out elastomers, replace any critical spare parts where required, and follow up with pressure testing.

Before starting to work on the unit, our team will document a pre-assessment and compare it with the final assessment once the recertification has been completed. During the pressure testing, we will utilize and document the chart recorder graph as supporting evidence to reassure our customers that their unit is fully certified and verified by a third-party agent.
